Clarifruit provides the option to import inspections from CSV files. Once imported, those inspections will be accessible to inspectors in order to easily and efficiently perform their inspection work.

The file contains only data entities from the inspection process's first step.

- Once your file is ready, Go to the Reports screen.
- Click the 'More Actions' button on the toolbar on the top right.
- Select 'Import New inspections'
- The 'Import New Inspections' wizard is opened. You can drag and drop the file into the file area or click 'Browse your CSV files'
- If the tile format does not match the definition above, an error will be presented with the unrecognized column.
- Once the format is correct, you will find the number of inspections that are ready to be uploaded out of the many inspections in the file. A list of value validity issues will be presented to allow the user to correct them before uploading the file.
- By clicking 'Import', you will create the ready-for-import inspections in the system. The wizard will present the number of created inspections and offer to download a CSV result file.
- The CSV result file will contain the same date as the original file, with the additional column 'ID' at the end of the file. This column will contain Clarifruit's newly created inspections' internal IDs. Inspections with empty IDs are not created.
- Clicking on the 'Finish' button, on the bottom right of the wizard, will close the window and present the recently created inspections in the reports screen.
