To share data between different platforms, Clarifruit offers
- Navigate to Settings > Integration > Mappings.

Edit Existing Mappings:
- Click the edit icon.
- Search and choose the internal Clarifruit parameter to map.
- Fill in the External ID column with your value (the ID of your equivalent parameter in your ERP system).
- Example: Map the variety “Cripps Pink” to external ID “PS10”.

Add New Mapping:
- Click the plus icon and choose the type of data you want to map.
- Fill in the External ID column with your value (the ID of your equivalent parameter in your ERP system).

Save Your Mappings:
- Don’t forget to click the save button after completing all mappings.
Additional Tips

Include Non-Mapped Configs:
- Toggle this option to view all parameters related to your configurations and map them as needed.
- This helps identify which information requires mapping and which can be skipped.

Export & Import CSV Files:

Export Mappings:
- Useful for backup. Download an export CSV file after completing or during a long session of mappings.
- Click the export icon to download a CSV copy of your mappings.
- Optionally, toggle “Include Non-Mapped Configs” before exporting to work on all mappings in the CSV.

Import Mappings:
- Complete mappings in the CSV file by filling in the external ID column.
- Upload the CSV file by clicking the upload button, choosing the file, and clicking next.
- Verify the system recognized everything from the CSV and save it.
- Ensure you see the mappings in the list to confirm successful upload.

CSV Upload Override:
- Uploading a CSV will override all existing mappings with the CSV values.
- If existing mappings are not in the CSV file being uploaded, they will be deleted.
- Always download an updated copy of the mappings before importing a CSV, include all mappings, and make changes on the full mappings CSV.
