We're pleased to introduce an enhanced feature for sharing public summary reports! Customers can now send a link to an interactive summary report, valid for 7 days, accessible to both Clarifruit users and external recipients. This interactive report offers expandable and collapsible sections, along with charts, explanations, and links to detailed inspection QC reports, allowing viewers to dive deeper into specific quality insights.
How to Send an Interactive Summary Report

Access the Reports Screen: Navigate to the Reports screen, then select an existing summary report or create a new one.

Send the Report:
- When your report is complete, click on 'Send Report'
in the top right toolbar.
- Select the recipient from the notification group list.
- When your report is complete, click on 'Send Report'

Choose the Link Option:
- Opt to send the report with a link, enabling both Clarifruit and non-Clarifruit users to access the report.

Customize Email and Send:
- Edit the email subject if desired, then click Send.
The recipient will receive an email containing the customized subject and a link to access the report. Upon clicking the link, they’ll view a web-based, interactive report:
