Create notification group

In this tutorial we will walk you through the process of creating a notification group with Target emails.

Let's get started go to settings on your top, right?

You will find the notification settings in the general config section.

Create your first notification group of emails to be notified when inspections are approved.

Give a name to the group select the checkbox and add the relevant inspector to the group of emails depending on the inspection.

The notification group is ready. The first Target on the list is the inspector.

The hamburger dots menu in the top right allows you to edit or delete the group.

Click add Target to add more contact emails to the group.

Select contact as the target type

Set a contact name and the email.

You can paste a list of emails to the same contact name.

Turn on the toggle to change the notification conditioned to only if the inspection is rejected and click the add button.

New contact targets have been added to the notification group.

Each Target can be edited separately.

Here's how and where you can use it.

Go to the process specifications.

Set the notification group in the settings.

For each approved inspection a quality control report will now be emailed to the notification group.

Send summary report on demand.

Select the newly created notification group as the recipient to send the report to

Or schedule summary report

Here also you can select the notification group as a recipient.
